In this capacity, Amrit also serves on the Board of Directors of The Princeton Review and Foundant Technologies. Prior to SaxeCap, Amrit founded and scaled Stella, a HR AI company, to over 150 enterprise clients (including 10% of the Fortune 500), eventually selling the company to Cornell Capital and Trilantic Capital Partners in a LBO in 2021. Previously, Amrit founded and sold Fancy That, a retail AI company, to Palantir (NYSE: PLTR) in 2015. Additionally, he is an active angel investor in the Silicon Valley, having invested in over 300 startups, including leading AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Neuralink, Hugging Face, Figure, and Palantir. Amrit received his B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research, both from Stanford University with Distinction.
Todd Lee Loy brings 25 years of experience driving innovation in the digital space. He has led Machine Learning initiatives as a product leader with companies that range from venture-backed startups to major media companies, including leadership roles at Sony Pictures, Veoh Networks, MySpace & others. He is currently a client partner at Launch by NTT DATA.

She has a TEDx talk entitled, “Pioneering the Future of Work.”
In a former life she served as Global Director, Talent Acquisition with Anheuser-Busch InBev and Vice President of Human Resources at Dow Jones & Company. She was the only woman to contribute to the Tony Robbins 2020 Business Resiliency Expert series.
She is an instructor for LinkedIn Learning, in the Continuing Studies Department of Stanford University, and the Executive Education Department of The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She received her BA and MBA from the University of Chicago.
