Amrit Saxena
Amrit Saxena is the CEO of SaxeCap, an AI transformation and investment firm that specializes in conducting buyouts and increasing the enterprise value of portfolio companies with AI & automation technology in partnership with over two dozen leading PE funds globally. In this capacity, Amrit also serves on the Board of Directors of The Princeton Review and Foundant Technologies. Prior to SaxeCap, Amrit founded and scaled Stella, a HR AI company, to over 150 enterprise clients (including 10% of the Fortune 500), eventually selling the company to Cornell Capital and Trilantic Capital Partners in a LBO in 2021. Previously, Amrit founded and sold Fancy That, a retail AI company, to Palantir (NYSE: PLTR) in 2015. Additionally, he is an active angel investor in the Silicon Valley, having invested in over 300 startups, including leading AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Neuralink, Hugging Face, Figure, and Palantir. Amrit received his B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and M.S. in Management Science & Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research, both from Stanford University with Distinction.
