Mike's career spans a remarkable trajectory from a pharmacist to a multifaceted executive, author, influential leader, and advocate for faith-based living. After graduating from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, he embarked on a three-decade journey at Walmart, where his versatility shone in roles encompassing pharmacy practice, operations leadership, talent, and healthcare strategy.
In his encore chapter at Walmart, Mike led the Office of Strategy Management, a role that underscored his strategic acumen and leadership in the Health & Wellness sector. Here, he excelled in aligning vision, prioritizing initiatives, change leadership, and driving significant organizational value.
Post-Walmart, Mike co-founded Relations Research, leveraging his extensive experience to assist leaders in mastering professional relationships. This venture marked his transition into entrepreneurship and thought leadership beyond the retail sector.
Additionally, he is the founder of Rendezvous Junction Brewing Company, where as CEO, he artfully combines his leadership skills with his passion for brewing. Around the same time, he established Harvest Workforce Solutions, showcasing his expertise in serving leaders in their journey to realizing greater organizational potential from their talent.
A transformative personal journey, marked by a serious accident and battles with COVID-related complications, led Mike to a spiritual awakening. This experience inspired him to author 'Beyond Belief', a reflection of his journey towards a deeper faith. Following this, he initiated 'Reliably His', aimed at supporting and encouraging others to forge a stronger bond with Jesus Christ.
Residing in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife, Jeanette, Mike treasures his family life, proudly embracing his role as a father and grandfather.
