Early on in my engineering career, I had the good fortune to figure out, with the help of a lifelong friend and mentor, that what really fed my sense of purpose was helping effect positive organizational change. To this day, my passion is helping organizations continuously improve how they operate, how they innovate, and how they foster meaningful relationships with talent, suppliers, and customers.
